Paccini is a restaurant based in Portland, Oregon that serves up a delicious selection of Italian and American foods. Its also complete with a bar that delivers a great happy hour menu which is perfect for the Portland State University campus that surrounds the area. We approached the website design by revolving around the concepts familiar to Paccini's customers: the home-like environment and meals prepared from scratch. The restaurant is adorned with beautiful woodwork and even has a fireplace. These visual references were drawn into the site design. The owner also wanted to find a way to keep in touch with his customers online and so we created a blog for him to deliver special promotions and recipes from Paccini.
